Terms of Service

By creating a PinFlow account you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PinFlow is an AI-powered service that generates Pinterest pins from e-commerce listing URLs. Features include AI image generation, pin copy writing, board management, and direct publishing to Pinterest via the Pinterest API.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or the business entity you represent. You must hold a Pinterest business account in good standing and comply with Pinterest's own Terms of Service. By using PinFlow, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at support@pinflow.app.

You agree not to:

• Submit listing URLs for content you do not have the right to use or distribute.

• Use PinFlow to create pins that violate Pinterest's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

• Circumvent plan quotas through multiple accounts or other means.

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the PinFlow platform itself.

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

You retain ownership of your listing data and any images you submit. You grant PinFlow a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

PinFlow uses Anthropic Claude and Google Imagen to generate pin copy and images. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, or copyright status of AI-generated outputs. Do not publish content you have not reviewed.

8.1 Plans: PinFlow offers Free, Maker, and Studio plans. The Free plan includes 10 AI-generated pins as a lifetime allowance. The Maker plan includes 50 pins per month; the Studio plan includes 150 pins per month. Details and pricing are at pinflow.pro/pricing.

8.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

8.3 Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8.4 Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

8.5 Refund guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription and have generated fewer than 10 pins during that period, you may request a full refund by contacting support@pinflow.pro. Refunds are not available after 14 days or where 10 or more pins have been generated.

8.6 Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect.

The PinFlow platform — including its code, design, AI prompt engineering, and trademarks — is owned by PinFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms grant you no licence to PinFlow's proprietary assets.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR ORIGINAL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PINFLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PINFLOW IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. IN NO EVENT SHALL PINFLOW BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PinFlow harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of Pinterest's Terms of Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

When we make material changes, we will update the version date, notify you by email, and show an in-app prompt requiring your acceptance before you can continue using the service. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you may terminate your account before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. For any disputes, please contact us first at support@pinflow.app — we'd rather resolve things directly.
